The importance of HRM in any organisation is prominently emerging due to various reasons in the development of organisation in fulfulling the challengages that the firm has during the operation of the day to day activities.
The need of the human resource task is being looked by different department called HRM department in which the human resource manger co-ordinates the activities of the organisation taking consideration of task, issues and environment involved with in the organisation.
