The varous activities of HRM are acquition, job analysis and promotion and development of the employees.
Basically, acquition is the first step in Human resource management in which the employee gets acquainted with the organistion. The employees get in touch with the information and enviroment of the organisation.
Once they got into the acquisition of the it, job analysis tasks begins in which the best fit of the employee in the organisation works according to its character and personality. Lastly but not the least, after the employees being job analysed and taken into the organisation, the employees promotion and development activities begins which sees the employees personal and professional development as well as the benifits and the payrolls ..
